Eric Canty, acclaimed Catawba Indian potter, sculpted this beautiful frog using the time honored methods of our potters. He gathered the clay from our ancient clay hole site, strained the clay, formed the piece, and polished it using smoothing stones from the Catawba River and other traditional tools. This piece is approximately 3 inches X1.5 inches X 2inches with brilliant shades of black and brown.
